We pay a varying portions of monthly insurance premiums for full-time employees depending on position & coverages elected. The McDonald's Insurance Plan (MIP) is available for all hourly crew & managers. McDonald's Licensees Health & Welfare Plan by Blue Cross/Blue Shield is available for managers and full-time maintenance.

Paid vacations are available after 1 year of continuous employment for crew & are even available to part-time employees. Paid vacations are available after 6 months of continuous employment for management.

Meals during your shift are free or discounted depending on position. Additionally, we offer discounted meals to employees off shift!

We provide shirts, hats, nametags & belts (a security deposit is requried). Additionally, we offer discounts on non-slip shoes.

We provide wage reviews twice a year.

The McDonald's Stock Purchase Plan is available to all employees through payroll withholding.

Our restaurants promote from within. If you are interestest in Management & additional training (equivalent to college credit) you may enter our Management Trainee Program.
