  We pay a varying portions of monthly insurance premiums for full-time employees depending on position & coverages elected. The McDonald's Insurance Plan (MIP) is available for all hourly crew & managers. McDonald's Licensee Health & Welfare Plan by Blue Cross/Blue Shield is available for managers and full-time maintenance.

• Paid Vacations & Bonuses

  Paid vacations are available after 1 year of continuous employment for crew & management are even available to part-time employees. Restaurant management employees participate in profit sharing bonuses (if qualified) on a monthly basis & certain crew may also participate at the manager's discretion. Additionally, crew bonuses may include Crew Person of the Month and successful Mystery Shops.
