We pay a portion of (or all) monthly insurance premiums for full-time employees depending on position & coverages elected. The McDonald's Insurance Plan is available for all hourly crew & managers. McDonald's Licensees Health & Welfare Plan by Blue Cross/Blue Shield is available for salaried managers.
- Paid Vacations
Paid vacations are available after 1 year of continuous employment for crew & are even available to part-time employees. Paid vacations are available after 6 months of continuous employment for management.
